JS8CALL

Post by KZ3L »

Hello,

To my knowldge LOG4OM does not yet support the very new mode of JS8CALL (or possibly called JS8).

Is anyone else using this mode? If so, how are you logging those QSOs?

Thank you,

The latest ADIF standard includes JS8 as a sub mode of MFSK. LoTW now includes the mode. Not sure about the other online services yet.

Of course it will if you add it to the mode list in Options

Thank you for the reply and for your patience.

I'll assume the 2.x and 3.x column headings in ModeList_user.csv refer to the ADIF spec version numbers... and will try this entry:

JS8;JS8;MFSK;JS8

Since JS8 didn't exist in ADIF 2.x, I'm not sure if the second field should be null or include JS8 anyway. But I'll give it a shot--hopefully this entry will sync properly with the other services.
