From within the QSO Information window a click of the refresh button has no effect.
EG. I have uploaded to LoTW so the QSO have changed but the refresh does not pick this up. Removing the call and refreshing the data that way brings back the differences.
If Refresh is not supposed to work in this window my suggestion would be remove the option.

Re: Refresh Button
If you use Windoze 7 check the snipping tool which does not require a Win keyboard

Re: Refresh Button
Another thing you can do is...... (with windows XP, other versions may be the same).....
go to START menu > all programs > accessories > accessibility > onscreen keyboard.
You will get a keyboard image on your screen which you can control with your mouse. The PRNT SCR (PSC) button is to the right of the F12 button.
