Try updating it and opening it from the Log4om help menu and let me know if that works

I was able to download from Help Menu
Updated, let me know Manual was available.
Downloaded and saved.
Thank You for your assistance and followup.
Need to figure out what the issue is with downloading from website.
FWIW Was trying to download English Manual.

I was able to download the English language version User's Guide from the website tonight without any issues.
