country database file

Hi,

Have the following problem:
Made QSO's with:
9M8YY
ZR2A/4
IO1HQ
IO5HQ
G5R
GR5HQ
etc. many more.

The calls are showing up in the log file, but not in the Awards and Statistics section.
Perhaps these calls are not in the country file.
so not recognized by Log4OM

I can manual edit these calls and attach i.e 9M8YY to Eastern Malysia and than the call is showing up
in the Awards and Statistics section.
Can not find the country database to edit it.

Help file state http://www.k7pt.com/LogbookCountryDataEx.xml
but this link is a 404 page.

Hope made my problem clear

Thanks for reading reactions,

Also confirm exactly which award statistics the QSO does not show

Reply to Jan was as follows

OK Jan,

First thing you should realise is that N1MM does not record or export the country name nor the DXCC reference!

You did two things wrong.

1. If you had set up N1MM in the manner described in the user guide as you logged a QSO in N1MM it would have automatically been logged and the country and DXCC updated by Log4OM – See page 184 in our user guide.
2. Alternatively if you had checked the box ‘update countries in ADIF’ in the Log4OM import window Log4OM would have updated the missing DXCC references and country names automatically during the ADIF import.

Either method would have resolved the award issue, it was nothing to do with the
Log4OM country file.

I suggest that you bulk update the QSO’s in the Log4OM QSO Archive Manager following the instructions in our user guide and YouTube tutorials, using Field update and the Log Check up facilities
