You can still download it via the Log4om help menu while we resolve the issue on the web site

The Open Manual option in the Help menu does not open anything, and the file downloaded from the web site gives an error saying it is corrupted.

Did you do the "force download" from that same help memo first?

First do a "Force manual update" in Help/Help/English. If done you can open it with Help/Help/English/"Open manual".
If you try an open without a download it can´t work so no manual on the PC, HI.

It downloads in the background. There is no visible download process. If you do a "Force manual download" wait a bit
and then use Help/Open configuration folder. You will find a Log4OM.enu.pdf which is the downloaded manual. You
can open it now with Adobe Acrobat or with Help/Help/English/Open manual.
