TQSL upload error

Getting the following error report when trying to upload my recent QSOs. What does it mean?

I have since hit this again and figured it out. TQSL had popped up an error (in this last case, a band frequency for a selected band) and was waiting for me to either Ignore or Abort (I think those were the choices). Until that TQSL dialog was closed, apparently TQSL had the database locked, thus, on a subsequent attempt, a new TQSL session attempted to open the database and failed.

At least that is what I believe happened. Bottom line, user error (mine). Too many and too much screen.

Yes, it's a bit "hard" to catch. I must check if there is a "silent" parameter for TQSL in V2
