Log4OM not uploading to Clublog

First Off I'm a new user to Log4OM. I really like the software and it is working well for me. Thank you.
I'm having some difficulty uploading my logs to Clublog. I might add that I set it up the first time and it was taking my QSO logs just fine. I don't think I changed anything but who knows and then it stopped.

my version is

I have my username, callsign and password correct. Interestingly enough if I purposely put the wrong password in I get the same as if I have the correct password in.

What happens is that I go to QSL Management select clublog search for QSO's not uploaded and it shows 1. There are about 6 more that have not been uploaded and can be seen by clicking ALL.

I then highlight the QSO in the pic above or all 7 if I select ALL and then click the up arrow. I get a red box stating Running.... Wait and then a second or two later the red box disappears and nothing else. I check Clublog and my QSO's are not there.

I must be doing something wrong. Bear in mind I've been using paperlogs since 1993 so be kind. Any ideas ?

The first screen shot you posted from the 'About' menu is relevant to downloading the clublog lookup data files, it's nothing to do with uploading your QSO's to clublog.

When you have selected the QSO's to be uploaded and clicked the UPLOAD up arrow you should see the following message.

If you dont you should check the log file in Log4OM which is in the help menu 'Show Log' that will detail what happened with the clublog upload, something like this at the bottom of the logfile somewhere.

Looks like a password issue, are you sure the password you have set is correct?

It is case sensitive so ensure that you use capital letters where required

No special characters are allowed like !"£$%^&*()_+=-'#~;:/?><

My password is correct. It does not have those special characters. I can log into Clublog with that password no dramas.
It appears to have been working up until the 13th

But I did erase and put my password in several times. Should I get an error if the incorrect password is entered? After clicking the upload arrow on Log4OM I get the red box but nothing after.


I think I have the settings right,, Do you see anything wrong?

Only other thing I can think of is either a bad download or install, please download again and reinstall.

When I do a re install I don't want to lose my QSO's Does the install save the QSOs or do I have to save them as and ADIF and re import them?

You SHOULD have set up backups to be done automatically, we also provide two different locations for saving backups.

However it is always 'Good housekeeping' to make a backup before making any changes or updates.


You main database file is safe and will be automatically reloaded by the new install, unless you delete it.


No need to uninstall the old version
