Label Print All Labels Say TNX QSL

Post by EI2GLB »

Hi All

I am trying to use the label print function and I have a page of labels ready to print but the all say TNX QSL and they should say PSE QSL.

Looking at the contacts none of them are confirmed either via card or LOTW ???

Thanks

You can select the QSL response on labels in the Options

I think we need to move this to the label print windows

As for the (*) I don't have a clue, perhaps Daniele could explain?

Just printed 2 pages using L7162 template and L7162 labels in the printer after the 3rd row the next row is in the bottom of the previous label.

I can't see any way to edit the template ???

Now I remember why I don't use this function.

Thanks

Trevor,
I just run off 4 pages of labels without issue using the L7160 template

Where did you get the L7162 template from?

You can change, test and create templates in the Settings/Label management window

Must have made it myself so my fault,

I made a 0.25 Vertical Correction factor and it cleared it up,

Have a few pages done now and they seem ok,

How do you get more than one QSO on the same label.

Thanks

The QSL print system allow you to Group more than one QSL to the same callsign in a single QSL.
If you have 3 QSO made in the latest 10 months you may have received the first (oldest) QSL, but not the most recent 2.

well, the PSE QSL will appear if AT LEAST one QSL is not received as confirmation, and the * appears near the unconfirmed QSO (the 2 contacts in the previous example).

If you have only one QSO, the * appear everytime you need the QSL for this.

Trevor,

To have more than 1 QSO on the label in the last tab where you chose the label format you can chose how many QSO to print.
In order to print 3 QSO for one station in the same label you need to make sure that you checked all the three QSO in the first tab of the label printing screen.

Hope this is clear.

Thanks Danielle for explanation.

I hope at some point we will be able to change the font and/or colors.
As I mentioned to Terry already, as I have a black and white roll printer the callsign (shown in red in the label) is printed in a kind of very light grey which can be hard to ready sometimes.
All people using roll printers or black and white printers will have the same issue :(

I will add a feature to set QSL to "all black". Maybe in the next release. This should be easy and will not create issues.
