Sync with online service

I'am a new om from Italy, i have started with log4om.
Today i have make 5 qso in psk31 with mixw, exported adif / imported in log4om.
Now i want this qso uploaded in eqsl.cc etc etc, is there an automated metod?

I have created account each sites and inserted the logins in log4om, one qso i have added manually is sended online automatically.
