Awards Page countries confirmed against worked ??

Post by G7BZD »

I have loads of EQSLs, going back to 2006 as thats the time period i am covering at the moment with Log4om.
a total of 108 countries worked, and more than the 4 it says are confirmed.
Have downloaded the EQSL adif file, and merged the logbook, and its still no different.

Is there a step i am missing ??

1. Did you download the ADIF direct from the eQSL website?

2. How did you merge it into Log4om?

I used the post office function to merge from a saved file that was downloaded from eqsl. i also imported the adif from eqsl as "import adif" this gave me some of my missing paper logged contacts.

Still have 4 confirmed countries out of 109 countries worked, and i know i have 419 eqsls, I hope they are not all for 4 countries.... LOL

Somewhere i am going horribly wrong.

Did you try in QSL management page 85 & 86 of the user guide?

Just select the eQSL button and then the downward pointing arrow

Where did your logbook originate, what program provided the ADIF.

Hi Terry.

My logbook was converted from excel, in fact you lead me through that.

I have followed the post office part, and that seems ok. I can see that i have messed my settings up previously, not set correctly as regards to everything being done electronically via e-qsl.
The merge, is complete and when i check i can see on the stats pages... country status and country grid, and the maps that i have quite a few confirmed. at least 50% well 60ish to quickly count up.
So its just the arrl awards tab page, that says 4 out of 108 confirmed ??

Thanks

Have i just twigged it ??

The ARRL do not recognise EQSL ? or do they.
So the 4 confirmed would be paper QSL`s that i manually entered ?

Many thanks.

Yes when we get around to the user defined awards you will be able to construct whatever you need, and we could add an extra filter to the ARRL awards to just show eQSL!

You can already just display the countries and QSO statistics in the Country and Country/QSO status tabs and just display eQSL by using the filter at the bottom of the screen, albeit without any totals!
