Omni-Rig, Icoms, and CIV Transceive

As a side note, with many ICOM rigs the radio's CI-V Transceive function needs to be off.
You will find this setting in the menu area of the radio.

If on, Omni-Rig MAY not function or refresh fast enough to change frequencies.
