Error lookup QRZ.com using special characters password

Hi. Fist congratulations for the software, its vey useful and clean. I like to help and share a problem that ocorrur with me.
My QRZ password had the special characthers # and @, and i could not lookup the callsigns. After change the password, the lookups is working great.

Thanks for the information Roberto, most helpful

We find that special characters in passwords and also the path to a file can cause issues so it is always best to use normal letters and numbers for these
