I have exported the QSO log as ADIF file and uploaded to eQSL: always receive error report of Mode: bad and missing information...
Mode has been set to CW or SSB. I don't understand what can be wrong.
best regards DL2HMA

Clearly you are doing something wrong
Have you tried the eQSL upload facility included in Log4OM?
QSL Tools/QSL Management
Try watching the YouTube tutorials that we provide

Re: ADIF upload to eQSL: bad mode, missing information
Dear Terry,
thanks for the information. I have watched the video again and found nothing have been done wrong.
See attached extract from the QSL Manager with the list for eQSL upload and then the error message from the upload trial.

Why this happens, what is wrong?
Best regards
Gerhard, DL2HMA

Re: ADIF upload to eQSL: bad mode, missing information
Do the following:
1. Enable 'Trace mode' (Help/Debug mode then select Trace)
2. Attempt another eqsl upload
IMPORTANT DO NOT CLOSE THE PROGRAM BEFORE GENERATING THE SUPPORT FILES IN STEP 3
3. Send me a support request (Help/Send bug report) INCLUDE THE ADIF FILE
4. Email to g4pop (AT) arrl.net
DO NOT POST THE FILES ON THIS FORUM FOR SECURITY REASONS

Re: ADIF upload to eQSL: bad mode, missing information
Gerhard,
As you have not responded to my emailed reply I say again..............
"Gerhard,
I requested that you send me an ADIF file of your QSO's you did not do so!
I notice that you are not running Log4OM as an administrator, please do so and try the eQSL upload again after doing so, then report the result to me
Instructions for running our software as an administrator are in the user guide"
Perhaps this resolved the issue? If so please let us know so that I can strike it off of my support requests list!

Re: ADIF upload to eQSL: bad mode, missing information
Gerhard,
The eqsl message of bad mode is because NONE of your QSO's have a mode recorded!
Add the correct mode to each QSO and they will upload fine
To prove this I added the mode SSB to those QSO's that had an RTS like 59 etc and tried an eqsl upload and some of the results are shown below.
