I have my installation setup to feed each QSO to clublog.
Couple months ago I changed my password at ClubLog, but neglected to inform Log4OM.
Visiting ClubLog online today I noticed the contacts for those two months missing, and immediately knew why ---
Obviously these missing QSO at ClubLog are my fault, but would have been caught immediately if Log4OM had complained to me that it couldn't upload (or is the upload blind without feedback from ClubLog?).
A minor issue

Hi Hans,
I don't think we get a response from Clublog when we load using the API but I will check with Michael Wells and talk to Lele about this

Re: A minor issue
Hi Hans,
my way to update Clublog when importing contest adif´s the way that you can use to hold your clublog up2date. I export the complete ADIF and comress it to a ZIP file after importing it to L4O. After that i log in to CL and use "Log Upload". I load up the complete ZIP and in the next steps i klick to "Clear existent log and update" .....
After that you´re Clublog is up2date

For DF5WW.
The Log4OM facility to update ClubLog is very nice. Each QSO is uploaded "as it happens". No need to do anything else.
