Character Set Error on Locator

Hello,
I have a previous post about adif export with the letter I is mixing with letter İ in turkish alphabet and causing problem.
Today i had another problem
I don't have the following problem with entering the callsign but, it seems on locator i have a problem.
I had a England qso today and while typing the locator.. i noticed i can't type I letter.. The locator stays on red and not allowing me to record it..
And if i write as İ it is recorded..
Adding screenshot from an imported qso (jt65) with correct locator and an error locator with SSB qso thwat was tried to log manually..
