This issue is still present in the current version of 1.16.0.0.

This issue first appeared when the mode filter feature was modified in August of 2013. At that time, I posted about it in http://www.pisto.it/forum/viewtopic.php ... t=10#p1542

Symptoms: When I select, for example, "CW" and "Phone", after restart only "CW" is selected.

Yes Marvin, thanks for bringing up attention to that.
I'm still investigating and i need to make some changes to the code to fix that, but this will need some deep retests, and we don't want to delay our release further.

Thanks, Daniele. I suspect this issue has something to do with how the feature worked before. The radio-buttons change to check-boxes introduced this issue.

Yes Marvin, i was unable to find a suitable way to save this field in the config, because this change will create a "unrecognized class file" when deserializing the actual config file, making transition not easy (need to recreate your configuration settings)

I'm working on that, but this will need some big changes and i don't want to make changes too close to a release.
I'll start working in the next days
