The country file has been updated to accommodate the incorrect use of the 3D2 prefix. The prefix should be contain a letter as to which 3D2 entity the operator is operating from:

3D2R-Rotuma
3D2C-Conway Reef
3D2A thru B, D thru Q and S thru Z---Fiji

The effective date of this change is Sept 07, 2014
