Adjustment made to South Sudan prefix assignments. Effective Sept 24, 2016

Note: ST0R was a special call sign used by So. Sudan until the IARU assigned Z8. "ST0R" WILL ALWAYS be So. Sudan. All other ST series are Sudan.
I hope everyone understands this bit of confusion that is not confusion at all.
