Band Plan and Config re-read

Post by KA1WPM »

Hello All,

I just updated by band plan file; I noticed that 60 meters was being displayed as OOB. It's channelized here in the CONUS, but I just stuck in the whole range for now.

First suggestion: I didn't see a button to re-read the configuration. If it's possible to re-read the configuration files without restarting the program it might be nice to have a button on the tool strip to do that. If not, perhaps a file menu entry to restart the program would be useful.

Second suggestion: I turned on the expert mode for the configuration settings and I noticed there wasn't a button to edit the band plans. Bands, yes; band plans, no. Perhaps a button or method to edit the band plans could be added.

Just some thoughts.

Thanks for the suggestion and it will be considered in the future.

As noted in this forum, we are concentrating our resources on Log4OM V2.0.

The only items to be attended to in ths version, V1.XXX, are critical bugs that effect operation of the logger.

Again, thanks for the note and stay tuned for V2.
