Well, I emailed the information as requested but never received a response. Not sure if I did something wrong or didn't understand what was requested. Anyway, after much digging found that the .exe file was setup to run in Compatibility Mode for Windows 8 when I'm running Windows 10. Have no earthly idea how that got set like that in the first place but, once I unchecked that box all is working correctly now.
