Cluster Server list

Post by KD0ZV »

I am not seeing a way to manually edit the Cluster list. I know changes are coming on V2 but until then I would like to limit my cluster list to the online server of choice and localhost:7300 which is an aggregation server feeding all my CWskimmers.

Any way to do this?

Options/configurations tab - Check expert mode box, click on clusters, edit the text file, save and close

See user guide for full details of expert mode

PS: It would be very nice in Version 2 to have an easy toggle between local and online spots without going into a menu or application :)

Version 2 has an entirely different cluster which will aggregate the results from up to 9 different clusters including local sources.

I have been testing this for some time and it works very well with my local CWSkimmer attached to my SDR IP SDR receiver and also other cluster servers.

Thanks Terry

Amazing program. My entire operating method revolves around it. Looking forward to V2. Having the ability to run skimmers on 3 or 4 bands makes for a nice cluster when I want to use it. Combine that with Log4Om's ability to show me what I need really makes it nice.

Also hoping in V2 the sort function in Cluster will be persistent and not be lost as soon as the spots update. Its tolerable when using online clusters but about useless when using skimmer.

Apparently VE7CC has been down a couple days. Every time I start the cluster it defaults to VE7CC. I have removed it from the cluser_user.txt file and restarted Log4OM.

VE7CC still shows up and it always tries to pick that cluster and errors out. Where is this coming from? Is there something else I need to change?
