Dear support team, thank you for creating and supporting LOG4OM. I'm currently own an FT-891 and wondering if somehow I can disable the dual VFO mode. Since we rarely work on split frequency mode, Is there any way the TX and RX indication to point to the same VFO ? (as for example to use single VFO "A").
As a CAT control software I use Omnirig v.1.18 and Log4OM v.1.36
Thanks in advence and keep going with your excellent logger program.

Re: Yaesu FT-891 dissable split mode
It's up to your radio and omnirig communication what is displayed. Set log at debug level and check the log itself. It should report vfoAB or vfoAA or something with double vfo shown

Hi Daniel,
thank you for your prompt response.
The debug indicates the following msg-
As far as I understand, CAT reads correctly both VFOs, but for some reason decides to use RX= VfoB / TX= VfoA. What we are trying to do is to use the same VFO for TX and RX.
Thanks again,
Fanis (SV1SDT).

Re: Yaesu FT-891 dissable split mode
Well it works fine with my Elecraft and Icom radios as follows
No split enabled
TX and RX frequencies are both VFO A
Split enabled
RX frequency = VFO A
TX Frequency = VFO B
Are you sure there is not a menu setting in the radio that reverses split of something?
