LOTW download problem

hi

I have a problem for download the qsl from LOTW.
So the upload is ok, no problem
on the picture we can see that I have only 3 lines and after I have a pop up: Operation Completed.
but the download doen't work.
I have a Password LOTW without special character, just a password with letter and number, it's work fine when I log to LOTW ARRL, no problem.

Actual filter downloads QSO confirmations received since March 5 2019.
If nobody sent you a LOTW confirmation in that time you will not receive anything.
Try moving the date a month or two in the past, and you'll probably see some (dupe) QSL.
If you need to refresh your whole LOTW archive simply set the date back in 1900

Thanks you for the answer,

I have change the date (01 january 2017), but nothing change , doen't work, only 3 lines...

I have not understand how I must do for "need to refresh your whole LOTW archive simply set the date back in 1900"
I must change the date back in tsql.exe progrom or directly to LOTW ARRL website?

No dont touch TQSL it is NOT used for the download just the upload

In Log4OM help set trace mode - Help/Debug mode-Log Level/trace

Then WITHOUT RESTARTING LOG4OM try another download

Now in Help/Show Log check to see what answers are coming back from LOTW

As you can see from the image below it is working OK here so its not LOTW down or a Log4OM issue, so its something simple at your end

This is your problem you are using an old version of Log4OM
2019-03-15 12:15:10.8776 INFO: Log4OMMainWindow: Log4OM version: 1.30.0.0
LOTW changed the security some time back which meant we had to change the LOTW support in Log4OM, this was done some time back but the version you are using has the old security codeing. PLEASE REGULARLY UPGRADE TO AVOID THIS KIND OF ISSUE.

download and install version 1.36 and you should be good to go - dont forget to install to 'RUN AS AN ADMINISTRATOR
