Growl and Alerts

Post by G4POP »

Unfortunately Growl is no longer available so that aspect of Log4OM no longer functions.

However LA8UU has notified us that a messaging facility can be used via Telegram and IFTTT.com and he has also provided a step by step guide which is now included in our user manual.

Download the latest version of our user guide for full details

Many thanks to LA8UU Odd.

Terry,

FWIW ... I've tried multiple downloads of the updated manual and when I try to open in Adobe it says the file is damaged and cannot be opened.

I've tried 3 different browsers and two different laptops. Same results for all attempts.

Did you try from within Log4OM or direct from the website?

Can't check myself as I am in Spain on holiday using mobile phone

Direct from website.

I have also just tried to open the manual from within Log4OM and there is not any response ... in that it won't open. I also did the force manual update first.

I'm also running V1.37 RC1 ... so that might be involved.

Enjoy Spain!!

I concur, there is an issue with the Log4OM User Manual download - it is corrupted. I'll see if we can get that corrected.
