Transfer Edited Grids to a Second Computer

Post by KC4JNW »

I have edited several grids on my base computer. I now wish to install Log4OM on my laptop for portable use.

What file(s) need to be transferred to the laptop so that I don't have to edit the grids on the laptop?

Hey Jim,

I assume you are referring to the table layouts in the various Log4OM windows, right ?
If you click on Help --> "Open config folder" you'll find a folder named "user". That's all you need .

Hope this helps

Jim, if you just need the layouts just copy the layout_ files.

And the config.json
That would not only copy the layouts but all user setttings. But I guess that's probably your goal anyways if you wanna have it on your laptop for portable use.
