I am checking this. For some reason on the second LotW download attempt, the Received Since date is unchecked, and that is causing the download to take much longer, as its likely going through the complete LotW records for new confirmations. Workaround for now, recheck the Received Since date...

Thanks, Doug - after Terry's response, above, that is what I've been doing. I agree, if I select "last download" it should not try to do the massive downloads, only the "latest" confirmations. At least, that's what makes sense to me.
