Mike,
What is your max: setting in the lower right corner of the QSL Manager screen?
Have you tried reducing the GRID default row count - in Configurations, Program Settings tab, to something less - I use 1000 - it will speed things up considerably with the QSL Manager operations.

I have it set to 100. Not sure why it would matter as there is no "limit" on the SQL query and that number is only for how many are displayed.
Re: LOTW Upload awkward and slow
Ok, well I thought I would try, but you already have a low number set. It does make a difference, if you have a higher default Max setting, it will take even longer. I see quite a bit of time difference between max settings of 10,000 and 1,000.

Re: LOTW Upload awkward and slow
I have not been able to upload even 1 Q to LOTW. Ver 1 was a snap. I will accept the fact that maybe i am not understanding the setup.
I hope that in time I will figure out what is wrong.
You all enjoy what you have been able to do even if it takes longer.

Re: LOTW Upload awkward and slow
What I found works best for me...trying to to through this too fast just makes for inconsistent behavior.
#1 Utilities/QSL Manager...wait for QSOs to show up in the table
#2 In "Search Confirmatino" select LOTW...wait for QSOs to show up in the table
#3 Click "Select required"...wait for QSOs to show up and be selected...they should be highlighed now
#4 Click "Upload selected QSO"...you should see a number in the "QSO Count"
#5 Click the green up arrow in the cloud...that should then upload the selected QSOs
