Wrong TQSL setup. You have no Station Location defined or the used Station Location
was not found (maybe a type error in your settings). Check in TQSL what you have
setted up there. Check that upper and lowercase letters are correct.

Think the problem isn´t a Log4OM related problem. Your station location has 2 empty spaces and
a "-" inbetween. Try to change your station location in TQSL to maybe "Asencion" and if this one
is setted up use the same in Log4OM settings for the LotW upload. Don´t use special characters
but upper case and lower case must be identical that TQSL working correctly.

Juergen.
I have changed the location to "Asunción" and the same error apears, in the version 2.9.0.0 the location "ZP5RPO - Asunción" worked fine.

Do your zones in TQSL match the zones on your LOTW profile on the LOTW website?

OK What you need to do is this

1. Set Log4OM to TRACE MODE in the help menu
2. Attempt a Manual LOTW upload from Log4om using the QSL manager
3. Complete a support request from the help menu, please check the box include ADIF
4. Email the support request zip file to me at g4pop (at) arrl.net with a reference to this forum thread

Note:
Do not restart Log4OM after you set trace mode or the program will default back to info mode
