import 2 same logs with 2 different parks

Post by KB8SSH »

i will try to explain my problem

I have 2.22.0.0 loaded and was using hamrs for the logging software and when done, export the 2 logs to .adi files to import into LOG4OM.

I was at a park doing pota and working 2 parks at the same time.
I have 2 logs, one for each park with the same log info for both logs
say first log is log-a and other log is log-b.
i can import log-a with no problem.
if i try to import log-b will come up saying ((constraint failed UNIQUE constraint failed: Log.qsodate, Log.callsign, Log.band, Log.mode Callsign: KC3QQN Date: 6/11/2022 6:19:10 PM Mode: SSB Band: 20m)) on all the log entrys.

is there any way i can import log-b with the same info but with the different park number?

Thanks for any help

No because Log4OM wont import duplicate QSO's and screw up the log

I would import one file into a blank database and bulk delete all of the QSO's for POTA A then export it as an ADIF

Then repeat the same with the other ADIF file but bulk delete all QSO's for POTA B and export it as an ADIF

Now import the two new ADIF files into your main database

I am getting the same message when I download my recent download report from LoTW and import it into Log4OM2 v.2.23.0.0. I am trying to get QSL confirmations from LoTW for my log and get the constraint error. I am using WSJTX v2.5.4 and JG Alert 2.60.2.

What am I doing wrong?
