QSL LABEL DESIGN PROBLEM

Hi there.

I am a new user and have been setting up the QSL template for my preferred Avery labels, J8159. I have created some test labels and have hit a couple of problems that I can’t seem to resolve. I only reply to QSL requests so want to replace the standard “PSE QSL” wording with my own QSL message as set up in the Settings/Program configuration/confirmations tab, but this doesn’t seem to work. I have also tried clicking on the “Answer to received QSL” tab in the label print screen, but that just seems to clear the selection I’ve just made.

I’m obviously doing something wrong so will appreciate your guidance.
