Hi all,
Previously I've had the QRZ.com lookup working flawlessly, however I have recently changed PCs and now cannot get it working quite right.
For context I am an XML subscriber. When looking up a callsign, LOG4OMv2 does correctly show the name and picture, however it is not pulling the correct locator. Sometimes it looks as though it does, but then it is repopulated with a generic locator at the centre of the call area. For example my US call (K6JSX) briefly shows on the map in Michigan (correct) before then being moved to California (incorrect for my call, but California is the '6 land').
I'm sure this is something I have/have not done. Any ideas please?
Thanks,
Jonathan

Re: QRZ.com lookup
Jonathan,
What version of Log4OM are you using? Visible in top left of Main UI or at Help / About.
Have you changed (or has Murphy's Law crept in and changed) your Info Providers priority order? Clip below show recommended order.
On the Configuration / Info Providers page double-check your QRZ connection with the Test Connection button as well.
My Info Provider is also QRZ.com and primary and HamQTH as backup.
