Rod,
I just worked several contacts on FT8 and see no issues. That said, QRZ main page is having problems loading right now so could be something going on there.

Re: New Release 2.27
Hello Nolan et al.
Well, I went briefly over "Release note" noticing info on UDP.
But later Terry's statement:
"Users must delete old UDP connections and establish new ones",
made a big difference.
Have a nice day.

Re: New Release 2.27
Hello,
first of all thanks for the new update, after reading the manual - allthough it is a bit confusing on some parts - I get it working to upload QSOs to QRZ.com and eQSL again, also the Names are retrieved after saving a QSO.
What is not properly working is the entered locator.
When I save a QSO in WSJT-X I save a 4 digit locator, for example JO61 for DK8RE but in Log4OM it is saved as 6-digit locator and also on QRZ.com.
What is the right way that it is saved as it comes from WSJT-X and only 6 digit locators are saved if I enter them manually?
Does it have something to do with the setting in User Preferences - Gridsquare length in statistics?
I think I had it to 6 digits all the time and if I get a 4 digit GRID from WSJT-X this GRID was saved and sent to external sources.
or does it has something to do with what is checked in the connections?
EDIT:
When I call a station in WSJT-X the callsign field isn't filled anymore, what could be the cause for this?

Re: New Release 2.27
Just to confirm. Are you on 2.27.1 or just 2.27.
If you have a copy of 2.27, please upgrade to the 2.27.1.

Thank you also.
You mean reviewing the GridSquare issue(?) or that the callsign field is not filled anymore when calling a station in WSJT-X ?

This also happens to me.. And I have noticed that only stations that have never previously been logged are the ones with the blank name entry.. I made a post about this several days ago, it is at --- >KD0ZV wrote: ↑20 Mar 2023, 20:26What info provider are you using? I am using QRZ and testing now but have not noticed any issues logging the Operator name.KY4ROD wrote: ↑20 Mar 2023, 19:34 One other "quirk" I noticed is when the FT4 or FT8 QSO is passed to Log4OM, the Operator name field in sometimes blank, its populated in the information pane from the lookup, however when its written to the log the Operator name field is blank. It seems to be a random occurence with the operator name field showing in the log as blank.
