Program question... What dose the (*) denote?

Hello again everyone, I've got a question, when looking at the program window in the spot list on the lower right side of the window, what does the * in front of a station call sign mean? I've looked in the manual but can't seem to find what it denotes. Any help?

I believe that denotes the station is a LotW user.
