Error confirmation configuration in progr conf/confirmation

GOOD LIKE I am iz7hno Bartolomeo, with iz7auh Francesco we are encountering an error and that is since we updated if you go to manually send QSOs in LOTW for example the written request does not come automatically despite the right configuration in setting / program conf / confirmation , we have done and redone the whole configuration on CONFIRMATION but nothing seems to not keep the assigned commands, practically speaking it doesn't memorize them. How could we solve this??
