I'm verry busy with my DXCC score.
So this is strange:
Worked 225 DXCC CHECK !
Confirmed 223 that is strange must this be 225?
because i have granded 225 just the same as in LOTW!
Correct me if i wrong but i try to learn the Award status in LOG4OM.
I have ask this also in the FB group but no answer on this so hope someone here can tell me what this is.

You have two countries you worked but so far they have not been confirmed by QSL card or LOTW

Think the last row shows only the actual DXCC standings without not longer existing Entities?
