Hello Terry,

Thanks for the support i will try explain what happens.
First I took the manual and I see on page 220 the explanation about the installation of the MySQL by Tom Sp2L
If I follow the links in the user manual I get to the page where I can download mysql 8.20.0.
Then I will download and install the program.
That's where it goes wrong with me, I have a different screen than Tom shows in his description.
This is my screen what I get.
Photo Rien.

And this is Tom's screen.
Photo Tom.

If I can continue with this, this step is already won (lol).
Sorry Terry I'm not really computer tech.
But I try to go through the description step by step.
I hope you can help me further so that I can get started with the beautiful LOG4OM.
Thanks 73" Rien, PA7RA

Hi Trien,
Did you ever try to disable some hard working functions, e.g. like VOACAP Propagation in Program Configuration? It makes computer's life much easier :)

Hello Rien.

Came over your post only yesterday.
Did you resolved your issue, please?

From what you showed on your screenshot
it is evident that you downloaded incorrect MySQL installer!!!

To download proper MySQL Installer use this link:

https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/installer/

No need to dig elsewhere, Hi!

Right now, the up to date version is 8.0.35 __NOT__ the one you sent
"8.20.0" which in fact is "8.2.0 Innovation" but is not visible under above link!

In addition see two pictures attached to this post.
Then simply follow verbaim remaining part of my tutorial.
