I was helping WA1SXK with a problem he had.
He download some confirmations from LOTW and one was missing. He had a group of 8 QSOs from a DXpedition and 7 were processed correctly and just 1 was missing.
Neither the debug log or the download log showed the QSL.
It appears the Log4OM does not save the LOTW download anywhere so we can debug this. Seems to be in memory only.
We downloaded again and the record was confirmed correctly.
One of two things happened.
#1 LOTW download did not contain the 30M QSO (though it did show on LOTW as confirmed)
#2 For some reason Log4OM skipped the QSO (I doubt that but we're covering all bases here)
Could Log4OM please save the downloads to the Temp directory so we can debug this kind of stuff and point the finger of fate in the right direction?
LOTW Download problem
Re: LOTW Download problem
Mike,
FWIW ... when I have the "Debug" Log Level turned on the downloaded LOTW ADI is saved to the same folder where my LOTW Upload ADIs are saved.
Check in that folder to see the saved LOTW Download ADI ... but only happens when the Debug Log Level is turned on.
Dunno if that will help or not.

Unfortunately it won't default to that debug level every time.
So when a bug like this occurs the horse has already left the barn.

Re: LOTW Download problem
Unless the OM selects the log level in the Configuration. If selected there it will stick until the OM changes it again in the Configuration.
But, yes, you are correct it won't change on ad-hoc basis. If OM is planning on doing a download the log level can be change from the Main UI for that event at least.
I've done that many times when testing various things.

Re: LOTW Download problem
Ragnar,
What path have you put in place for your LOTW Configuration? The "temporary path" needs to be located somewhere under the "Documents" folder in the Windows O/S. Yours appears to be in a protected area under Program Files (x86).
See image below where I have my temporary path set.
Path ends in a folder I created many years ago to capture my TQSL-LOTW uploads & downloads.

Best temp path is this C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Roaming\Log4OM2\LOTW
