"Wall Clock" ?

Version 2.31.0.0 release notes indicate: "⦁ [NEW] Wall clock improved with more info"

• What/where is a Wall Clock? I do not see anything in the User Manual. Is this the UTC Clock?
• If it is the UTC Clock, what is the improvement?
