QSL Info, and Club Contacts

This is such a full featured program, I am probably just not fully understanding how to do this.

While working contacts in some of the nets I participate in, I am able to log both the operator and club if they are transmitting from their club QTH. Most of the time they do not need a card sent to the club. When periodically searching to make sure I haven't missed sending any QSL's or eQSL's, these clubs show up in the search. I suppose I could set the club sent field to Invalid, Queued, or Requested in the "QSL Info" Tab.

What is the suggested procedure here, of could "No Card Needed" be added to the pull down?
