QRZCOM bug?

Log4OM 2.32.1.0 on Win11.

The following appears to be a reliable repro for me:

(1) Open QSL Manager, select QRZCOM, select Download confirmations, the received since date is ignored.
(2) Open QSL Manager, select QRZCOM, select required, Upload confirmations, Download confirmations, the received since date is honored.

(2) works as it should. (1) downloads qrz.com log from the dawn of time. Anyone else see this?

And to be more specific, the date is missing in (1) in the first line that starts with "Beginning download from https://logbook [..]" and is present in (2).
