IOTA and POTA Awards Management

Post by EA7KJE »

Hello,

I have some QSO's where the option to add the IOTA or POTA reference don't appear when I'm going to edit thoes QSO's.

Then I intend to edit the countries on the Award Manager but I after save, this never I get the selected stored with and without selecting the lock or unlock award... so I don't know what to do.

I have seen the manual too but without any solution.

So please, any help with this?

Hello,

On yerterday the callsign is SY9EFH for POTA Award. For some others the callsign was EA6 from Spain and the IOTA Award and I suppose that this can be related to the callsing, because this don't happen with others EA6 callsigns... I have some other that I can't remember now.

I'm going to read again the 155 page on the manual: Adding missing award references the Awards References I suppose...

Thank's!!

Strange one!

The reference is in the latest POTA awrds download but no POTA awards are available in Awards (F3) menu for Crete

OK Lele and I have checked this and its because the POTA file supplied by POTA is faulty

It lists SV9 as DXCC 536 which does not exist, it should be DXCC 40 for Crete

I have emailed POTA about this and hopefully they will correct their data.

Meanwhile enter the Ref as you would for one not listed, details of how to do that are in the user guide either in the SOTA or IOTA sections
