reloaded old version that I was using before, did not change anything and eqsl is working again... still no good with LOTW, also I noticed that in the new version when I launched cluster, the call sign was ok but no country...

Had you updated the data files like country and SCL the cluster would have been fine, always update those files after doing an upgrade.

Please upgrade again before sending me the support request

I am having a problem with the download as well.
- Checked my password … ok,
- logged directly into LoTW using a browser … ok,
- uploads work fine.
- am using Log4OM ver. 1.36.0.0 …
- I think my problem started when I went to this release.
Here is what I get back when attempting to download: Warning: "Returned HTML FILE in LOTW download" Please check the file in saved in …. Roaming\LogOM\LOTW\ …… it is an ADI file

It looks like I am getting an HDML file instead of an ADI file even though the file extension is .ADI

Did you check what the HTML said? It contains the error message so we need to know what that was

Thanks Terry for getting back to me ... sorry it took so long to respond ... I was out of town.

i have reloaded my password in Log4OM settings. I also have logged directly into LoTW with my default browser, Firefox. The HTML file has a lot of typical HTML but it looks like this is the the error:

</FORM>
<P>
<I>Username/password incorrect</I>

<P>
Try entering your password in all lower case. If that doesn't work, please contact the Help desk via e-mail at LoTW-help@arrl.org or other methods at <A HREF="/lotw-help/GettingHelp/" target="_blank">Getting Help</A>

If you can log into the LOTW website ok the error message would indicate either a miss-match of case, like using capital letters instead of lower case or the opposite.

Alternatively your password contains special characters as below

+×÷=/_€£¥₩@#$%^&*(),?!;:"''z!?`~\|<>{}[]♧◇♡♤■□●○▪☆⊙°•¤《》¡¿

Terry ... yup, that was it. I had "_" in the password. I did not realize that was the problem since LoTW gave me that password when I requested a password reset.

Thanks for your help!
