Did you restart Log4OM so that the updated data could be loaded?

G'Day Terry, I have logged and restarted a couple of times and the only new ones I see in the QSO dropdown are ones where I have amended the Valid from date manually.
The dates showing in the Award References are from 01/01/1900 and to 31/12/2100, even though I had 09/01/2016 in the valid from column in the CSV file.
When I change the Valid from date to 09/01/2016 manually for a reference it appears in the QSO dropdown.

sounds like there was something wrong with the date format in the file that you imported

When I open a reference to edit it (I change the date to todays) when I save, it actually adds another reference of the same number.
Is that right that it does that if I am just editing?
SO there is no way to add new references with their correct Valid from date. As I said in my other post I recall the same problem previously and we had to add the CSV with no dates. All references have the same valid from date of 01/01/1900.

What can I do to fix this please?

Suggest you send your file of additional entries to our awards manager, Claus, EI7JZ/OE6CLD, so that he can update it for the benefit of all users

Hi guys, Has there been any movement on this as the VKFF list is way out of date.

Just had a look at my system, removed custom awards and downloaded updates but the highest park is 0993 and they are up to over 1100. I thought I had sent Claus a file but nothing has happened.

i'm usually taking care of WFF list contacting the italian guys that manages the program.
I'll ask them now for an updated file.
Loading the WFF award is a bit complicated because it has an HUGE number of records on it...

I have made a CSV file of the extra VKFF parks if that helps, although I just tried to import it and only some of the extra parks were imported about 28 did not import.
Plus the fact that none of the new parks appear in the drop down on the main page for the award, even though they are visible in the Award Manager. (I did log out and back in again, twice!!)
Another odd thing is that with a VK5 call entered when I look at the WWFF drop down there are ONFF-0306 and ONFF-0312 parks listed at the top, with an Aussie call I should only see Aussie parks. They do not have a DXCC number - showing a zero.
