As can be seen in the image, I have adjusted my Windows clock to UTC, 24-hour format. Are there any other settings I should be looking into?
Thanks.

You have something set wrong in the Windows Time date options

Re: Local vs UTC printing on labels
I figured it out. My Windows time/date settings are fine. The problem is with the pdf printer I was using (which was Microsoft print to pdf). After I changed to simply Save as pdf, the AM/PM thing disappeared. The labels I created are now showing the time as it is formatted in the log.G4POP wrote: ↑25 Jun 2019, 07:59

I am having the same issue here...the date is being printed as the correct UTC time as pulled from the log, but it is printing it in 12 hour format. I fail to see how a Windows display setting can cause this. Something appears to be telling Log4OM to use 12 hour format.

Log4om uses whatever Windows date and time format is set in WindowsW4ATX wrote: ↑13 Aug 2019, 22:17 I am having the same issue here...the date is being printed as the correct UTC time as pulled from the log, but it is printing it in 12 hour format. Log4om does not dictate the format used
