I have been trying to use my Dymo Labelwriter 400, I seem to struggle to fit all the QSL info on one label (label 99012 36mm x89mm) also have issue where it prints a blank label after the QSL label. I was using Logger 32 with its print utility without issue. Any help please.
Tony.

I have a few minutes before I start a LOG4OM presentation so a quick question, is this printer printing from a label roll?

Theoretically yes, if you create a label sheet of the size of a single label, with 1x1 labels per sheet you can print PDF files with the exact size of the Dymo paper.
Dymo has also a standard printer driver, so if you calibrate your PDF size to the correct size you can print "one QSL per sheet" and send all together to the printer.

I must admit i don't have tried this, but maybe i can recover a printer for making some tests and maybe create a custom template... this operation is, anyway, possible for you too using label format editor.

If you have success in this, and you think your label format can be useful for other hams feel free to send it to me, i will include in the next package.

I have set it up as you suggest, that is as a single label, 1 x 1 per sheet but It still prints two labels?

You may also have the 'Print address labels' box checked in the label print tab? this prints an address label after each QSL card label

I need to check this too. I never tried print a single label per sheet. It could be an issue on software side...
Let me know if the second label is the address one.
thanks

Hi Tony,
Then I think Daniele needs to label printing from a roll because this sounds like a problem, leave it with us and it will be resolved.
