Why only zone 15? Why not all zones?

Hi unknown OM,

first we like is a "Name" below the posting. The reason ? We don´t like to call you as "OM".
Second: Please specify to what Log4OM Version you are referring to, please tell us the story
where you only find Zone 15 or something like that. Please tell us what OS you are using ...
Windows 10 or whatever. We need more informations to give support. Last but not least ...
where you see only Zone 15 ? Which callsign you have entered and ist the call owner eventually
in Zone 15 ?

Please tell us more b4 we can check what happens ... ;)

I think he is referring to an award listed in the award statistics labeled "WCQZ15" in Log4OM V2 (perhaps V1 also), which apparently is an award given for working all countries located in zone 15. He probably wanted to ask you, and I will do so myself, is why don't you support the CQ WAZ (Worked All Zones) for award tracking, including 5BWAZ (5 Band WAZ)?

O.k, makes it a bit clearer. The reason for the WCQZ15 is that somebody has used the Award Manager window to set it up.
Maybe our award manager or a user have send the new award to us. The By the way, the WCQZ15 is an award of
the austrian radio club (https://oevsv.at/oevsv/diplome/) and has nothing to do with the WAZ by the CQ magazine.

Think the WAZ is much more complex and nobody have found the time yet to set it up ..... ;) ;)
But the user can create it for himself in the Award Manager window and if he did so we´ll be happy
when he will send the new one to Lele .....

;) ;)

Hi John,

Jürgen is correct. WCQZ15 (Worked CQ Zone 15) is one of the many awards LOg4OM 2 supports. For this nice award only contacts with countries in CQ zone 15 are valid. You can use it to track your progress if interested.

If you’re interested in the CQ Worked All Zones, please have a look at the WAZ award, that Log4OM 2 supports as well. For this award you have to assign the correct CQ zone (in the awards tab) to WAZ. Because there is no 1:1 relationship between DXCC and CQ Zone, this can’t be done automatically.

If you have any further questions, please let me know.
