A few questions from a newcomer

I've successfully moved from N3FJP and have a couple questions.
1. First, when I was checking the STATES info, Alaska and Hawaii were missing.
2. I'm using it on two computers and have the second backup to iCloud. Only the .adif file goes there,
So I set up freefilesync to sync the W4GHV.SQLite file between the two PCs. Hopefully I'll remember to use it!
Is that the easiest way?
3. Now the hard part. How do I update the Yes No Requested status?
I can't tell if/when upload to clublogs or LOTW have been completed.
Off to youTube and the docs in the meantime.
