Problem with ADIF-Import

Hello,
I currently have a problem with the AIDF import.
An ADIF file is to be imported from Wintest. Up to now this has always been possible without any problems. I am working with the current version 2.18.0.0.
I do the import as follows
File
Import AIDF
I can see that the import program is running in the background, but it does not start up.
It is parking in the background.
Any solutions?
