Log4OM

I get this error occasionally and wait for it to go away.
I set the # of live contacts in the log to 1000 instead of 5000. Should that help?
Any other ideas?

We need more information to be able to respond like:

1. PC Specification
2. OS version
3. Log4OM version
4. When is it not responding during a manual or automatic upload
5. What error messages do you see?
