IIA award new and old REF

Hi to all,
I created the Italian Islands Award diploma filewith new reference and old as alias, but I do not know how and where to enter the information that the old designation entered as an alias existed from 01/01/1970 to 31/12/2012, and from 01/01/2013 there are new ref.
